Attendance & Discipline

  • Regular attendance is mandatory for all students enrolled in any program.
  • Students must carry their identity cards at all times within the institute premises.
  • Wearing the prescribed uniform is compulsory during class hours.
  • Students must maintain discipline and decorum at all times.
  • Any form of misbehavior or disruption during classes will not be tolerated.

Academic Rules

  • Students must attend all scheduled tests and examinations.
  • Homework and assignments must be completed and submitted on time.
  • Students should bring all required study materials to every class.
  • Active participation in doubt-solving sessions is encouraged.
  • Performance reports must be shown to parents/guardians regularly.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the institute premises.
  • Any damage to institute property will result in penalties and disciplinary action.
  • Use of unfair means during tests/exams will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Ragging, bullying, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
  • Students must not loiter in corridors or outside classrooms during class hours.

Fee Policy

  • Admission fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Installation fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
  • Fee installments must be paid on or before the due date.
  • Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension from classes.
  • Fee receipts must be preserved for future reference.

General Conduct

  • Students must respect all faculty members, staff, and fellow students.
  • Institute timings must be strictly followed — no late entry without prior permission.
  • Students are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
  • Any change in contact details or address must be immediately communicated to the office.
  • Parents/Guardians are encouraged to attend all scheduled PTMs.
